For Incident based plans, you will be eligible for a refund when any of the following criteria are met:
You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and the issue(s) was not resolved.
The issue is out of the scope of the particular plan.
30 days have not passed since the issue was last worked by our technician.
